Hero

Hero is an AI listing application for resellers who need to identify an item from a photo, estimate its resale price, draft the listing, and publish it to supported marketplaces. The June 2026 Studio Photos launch turns one photo into listing-ready shots from every angle. Hero is available on iOS and Android, with API and MCP access for developers and agents; price guides and a price checker are available on the web. App Store rating: 4.7 from 2k+ ratings.

Buying view: Hero is a listing assistant for resellers who want to identify an item from a photo, estimate a market price, draft listing copy, and publish to supported marketplaces. Price estimates and generated listing facts still need seller review, and current cross-posting is narrower than a full multichannel inventory system.

Capabilities

Hero combines item identification, comparable-sale estimates, listing drafts and marketplace publishing for resale sellers. A seller can carry the same item information from a photograph into an approved listing, with optional generated images and supported mobile or API access.

What problem it addresses

Resellers handling one-off items need to identify a product, estimate a price, prepare listing assets, and publish to supported marketplaces with fewer manual steps.

How people use it

The seller supplies a photo, video or supported catalog file, checks the item and suggested price, and prepares the listing. Optional Studio Photos help prepare images; publication to a connected marketplace follows the seller’s approval.

Prepare a resale listing and approve its destination

The seller supplies an item image, video or supported catalog file, checks the identification and price, and prepares the listing. Studio Photos can supply additional images when needed. The seller checks item details and fulfillment fields, selects a supported marketplace and approves publication; a held draft remains unpublished.

The CSV route requires exporting from the source store; it is not a direct Shopify or WooCommerce connection. API and MCP access can support identification and structured drafts, but do not remove the seller’s need to supply missing physical-product facts or approve the intended listing.

What each module does and its role

Item identification and pricing

A reseller photographs an item so Hero can identify it and suggest a price from comparable sales. The seller checks the match and condition before using the estimate in a listing.

Listing copy

Hero drafts listing titles and descriptions from the identified item and available sales context. The reseller reviews and edits the copy before cross-posting it to a supported marketplace.

Marketplace cross-posting

After Hero prepares the item's photos, price, title, description, and marketplace fields, the seller reviews the draft and posts it to a connected eBay or Facebook Marketplace account. The review step matters because channel fields and the item's real condition still need seller confirmation.

Studio Photos

Studio Photos creates listing image variations from a source photograph. The seller checks that the generated views represent the actual item before choosing images for a listing.

Mobile apps and APIs

Sellers can prepare resale listings through Hero’s mobile apps. Teams can also use the documented API or MCP access to bring listing preparation into their own tools; publishing still requires the supported marketplace connection and seller approval.

Web price guides

The free web guides summarize regularly refreshed sold-listing evidence for categories such as electronics, furniture, phones, toys, and collectibles. Resellers use the comparable-sale range to set an asking price, then can move the item into Hero's listing workflow.
